Dan & Kathryn are buying a new boat!

Peaceful Warrior is a Kelly-Peterson 44.

 

Much as we love our Tayana 37, Tricia Jean, she is just not enough boat now that Adam is part of our lives.  Peaceful Warrior has two cabins, one in the very front of the boat (which will probably become Kathryn & Dan’s) and one in the very back of the boat (which will probably become Adam’s).

The boat is in Long Beach at the moment, and the sale won’t be final until after I get back from my trip to Bhutan, so that means a December delivery up to the bay area (Brrrrrrrrr!), but I’m sure the new boat will keep us warm.

The Survey has been done, and except for some deck delamination (which will be repaired before the sale), no major issues were discovered, so it looks like the sale will actually happen!
